Kim's journey at HealthAxis began in the role of Vice President of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Operations. Her remarkable capabilities and leadership qualities led to a swift promotion to her current position. With over 35 years of industry experience, Kim's career is distinguished by strategic advancements through various leadership roles in health plan management and BPO services. Her impressive career trajectory is a testament to her skill in managing complex operational frameworks and her profound expertise in the field.

Before joining HealthAxis, Kim was the Vice President of BPaaS Client Services at Optum Insights (formerly Change Healthcare). She also made significant contributions during her 9-year tenure at Dell Services (now NTT Data Services), where she ascended to the role of Vice President, Portfolio Leader. These positions have fortified her reputation as a seasoned expert in BPO operations.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare administration from SUNY Empire State College. Outside of her professional realm, Kim cherishes time with her adult children and extended family. Her community spirit is evident in her volunteer work and support for the local humane society, highlighting her compassionate nature and commitment to social responsibility.
