Suraya is passionate about empowering both clients and employees to achieve success through fostering a culture of collaboration, open communication, and unwavering clarity. She is an accomplished operations executive with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and technology industries, possessing a deep understanding of complex business operations and a passion for driving efficiency and innovation.
Her extensive experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer and Integrator at Catalyst Solutions, as well as holding various fractional Chief Operating Officer roles at several start-ups and high-growth companies.
Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures, Suraya began her career as an attorney, holding increasingly responsible positions in legal, operations, M&A integration, and strategy at telecom and media companies. She holds a law degree from the University of Liverpool in the UK and an MBA from Regis University.
Suraya is deeply committed to giving back to the community and serves on two non-profit boards, providing valuable insights on growth and operational strategies. She is also a passionate advocate for entrepreneurship and women's leadership, actively mentoring startup founders and women in the community.
