Jason Master is the Vice President of BPO Operations at HealthAxis, overseeing business process outsourcing initiatives and operations. With a robust background in healthcare operations, Jason brings a wealth of experience to his role, where his expertise plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction. He is deeply passionate about driving innovation and delivering exceptional results for clients.

Prior to joining HealthAxis, he was the Vice President of Market Operations at Evolent Health, where he led client and internal operations for a 350,000-life exchange health plan and drove strategic initiatives to improve overall performance. Before his role at Evolent, Jason spent five years at Health Care Service Corporation, holding key positions as Senior Director of Product Delivery and Senior Director of Portfolio Management in government programs. His experience in these roles was marked by a focus on innovative solutions and effective program management.

Jason's career began in consulting, where he honed his expertise in process optimization and strategic planning across various industries. He holds a Bachelor of Finance from Michigan State University, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and management.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, exploring new travel destinations, and actively participating in community engagements.
