With over 35 years of industry expertise, Kim is a trusted leader in healthcare operations, deeply committed to advancing HealthAxis’ mission of delivering innovative, customer-focused solutions.

Kim joined HealthAxis in January 2024, leveraging her extensive experience to enhance operational strategies and client satisfaction as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Service Excellence. Now, as Chief Customer Officer, Kim leads initiatives that align operational strategies with client needs, ensuring HealthAxis delivers measurable improvements in service and client satisfaction. She takes great pride in partnering with clients to align as a partner in their day-to-day business needs and their future growth journeys.

Before joining HealthAxis, Kim was the Vice President of BPaaS Client Services at Optum Insights (formerly Change Healthcare). She also made significant contributions during her 9-year tenure at Dell Services (now NTT Data Services), where she ascended to the role of Vice President, Portfolio Leader. These positions have fortified her reputation as a seasoned expert in BPO operations.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare administration from SUNY Empire State College. Outside of her professional realm, Kim cherishes time with her adult children and extended family. Her community spirit is evident in her volunteer work and support for the local humane society, highlighting her compassionate nature and commitment to social responsibility.
