Milonda is a dedicated, results-driven Healthcare professional with 15+ years of experience cultivating relationships with onshore and offshore stakeholders, colleagues, and vendors operating in the matrixed and virtual healthcare industry. She is a knowledgeable compliance professional with documented success in developing policies, leading training programs, and managing reporting to achieve compliance. She has a strong background working with federal and state regulations.

Before joining HealthAxis, Milonda was the Federal Government Relations Manager at UCare, spearheading regulatory change management and ensuring seamless implementation of federal and state regulations. Other key aspects of her career journey include serving as the Director of Government Programs and Compliance at Cognizant for seven years, as well as working for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, managing the development and validation of Medicare Part C and Part D Program Audits, reinforcing our dedication to maintaining the highest compliance standards.

Milonda's academic achievements complement her professional excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Emory University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Baltimore, and a Master of Business Administration from Walden University.
