Norah Brennan is the Vice President of Product Management at HealthAxis, bringing over 20 years of experience working for and with health plans across the country. With her distinguished career in healthcare IT, Norah has a proven track record of leading product management for high-growth solutions, delivering innovative capabilities that drive both business and client success. She leads the strategic direction of HealthAxis' core administrative processing solution, AxisCore™, ensuring it continues to meet the evolving needs of healthcare payers and third-party administrators.

Prior to joining HealthAxis, Norah served as a Senior Director at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where she addressed industry challenges, including interoperability and price transparency, through innovative and strategic product leadership. During her tenure, she collaborated closely with health plans to design and implement solutions that bridged operational and technology gaps, enabling greater efficiency and compliance. Her expertise in product management and her ability to align technical capabilities with business needs has consistently delivered measurable results for her clients.

A collaborative and solutions-focused leader, Norah excels in guiding big-picture vision while collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and product engineers to achieve business goals. Her expertise and leadership will be crucial in advancing HealthAxis' product offerings, driving market expansion, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Norah holds a degree from Queen’s University and resides in Saratoga Springs, New York. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to new locations, gardening, knitting, reading, and volunteering in her local community.
