Robert Nolan
Chief Compliance Officer
Robert Nolan is the Chief Compliance Officer at HealthAxis and leads all organizational initiatives supporting our corporate compliance and regulatory affairs endeavors.
Robert is an accomplished compliance executive with more than 23 years of experience driving regulatory compliance and operations within the healthcare industry. He has developed organizational policies and programs to meet ever-changing federal and state government regulations for Medicare, Medicaid, Boards of Pharmacy, and other third-party regulators.
Before joining HealthAxis, Robert served as a healthcare operations executive and chief compliance officer managing corporate compliance programs and operations at Centene Corporation, Wellmont Health System, PharMerica Corporation, Elmcroft, Tenet Healthcare Corporation, and CommonSpirit Health.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts in paralegal studies and psychology from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky. He is also Board Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)) and a Board Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).
