Ganesh Iyer

Ganesh is a technology trailblazer with over two decades of experience driving digital transformation, product innovation in technology and operations leadership roles focused on technology services across Healthcare and Insurance industries. Known for his ability to execute game-changing strategies, Ganesh has led high-impact initiatives that have boosted profitability and improved customer experience while delivering cutting-edge solutions using AI, automation, Data & Analytics, microservices, and cloud.

Ganesh has held senior leadership roles at both entrepreneurial startups and large corporations such as NTT Data, Dell Technologies and Perot Systems. As Vice President and CIO at NTT Data’s Insurance subsidiary, Ganesh spearheaded a digital overhaul of the Saas and BPaaS business, delivering 100% revenue growth and 150% profitability increase. He led cross-functional teams that implemented AI-driven SaaS products resulting in #1 industry customer satisfaction rankings and exceeding business outcomes. His leadership was pivotal in driving revenue growth ($300M new logo win, $600M renewal).

Ganesh has held senior leadership roles with responsibility over the AI/ML, Automation and Analytics Practice working with major healthcare customers such as BCBS RI, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, United Healthcare, Tenet etc. He has also held technology and operations leadership roles that supported healthcare providers such as Stanford Hospitals and Cedars-Sinai Health System where he managed P&L, launched new SaaS products and implemented member portals, ERP and Epic EHR systems. He’s been recognized for his ability to lead high-performance teams and execute ambitious roadmaps that align technology with business outcomes. He also servers on the leadership board at Univ. of North Texas College of Information and volunteers as part of the local community.

With a CTO Program Certificate from Wharton, an MS from University of Texas at Austin and BS from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, Ganesh is a strategic visionary with the technical know-how to lead complex organizations through digital transformation. He’s a forward-thinking leader with a passion for driving technological innovation that helps disrupt business delivery models leading to 10x outcomes.

Ganesh lives in Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with his wife Deepa and two children. He enjoys spending quality time with family. He loves travel, sports and KungFu.
